Powervault MD3220 setup and monitor???

I have a MD3220 storage server direct attched to a Poweredge R610 using a mini SAS cable and a serial cable how do i get to manage this storage server from the R610 server running win 2008 R2 64 bit?
As the storage server does not have a vga connection does anyone know??

I believe you have to use the Dell provided Modular Disk Storage Manager CD, or download it. The software will scan your network for a Storage Device.
