Hi ,
sorry for the delay, I went to the customer premise only today.

•  I have tested 601 for ring and I'm getting a busy tone

•  006 does not accept the change from 101 to 601

still no solution

The basic premise of a TDA series system is ICD.  It's the incoming call distribution schedule.  By default, in the old firmware, ICD 1 is 600 and 601 in later versions.  When you open up ICD's to program them, they have assignments for access numbers.  Since the first 32 or so 600 numbers are preassigned, you can't just change an extension to 60x, you didn't want to do that anyway as extensions are hard coded 1xx,2xx,3xx etc and probably stop at 400 or 500.

Clearly, if you can't ring 601, you don't have 601 or there's only one member in it and that's you smile

Go back into ICD and review the help files.

if group 1/601 has members and its still can not be accessed by intercom from an ext other than 101 .Create a virgin icd group
add members you want to ring on incoming calls now test ring the new group 60X from intercom do all the phones ring now? If yes go to dil 1:1 settings or pgm 450 and point lines at your new icd group dial in from the outside ....do all phones ring?

You need to set each ext on the ICD group member Imm,Ring,Delay Relay or no ring.

601

ext 101    ring...etc
ext 102    ring...etc
ext 103    ring
ext 104    4 ring delay or Imm, No ring, Ring

Using the No Ring is used if that that may want to answer the call
