Blocking Attachments - ActiveSync

We have a webmail Server that is configured for Users to access e-mails away from the office but does not allow them to see any attachments. However when mobile devices are setup to look at webmail for e-mails the attachments on those e-mails can be accessed. OWA rule is configured to stop block all from public or private PC's and I need to block e-mails simply showing the attachments, as they need to be blocked as well.
