Creating new fields in ACT! problem

Hi,

I have created some new fields in ACT which are working fine but I've noticed there are several that start with "snapshot" that I did not create? Our ACT support have stated that we should not be creating new fields as we should be paying them to do it and as such are not willing to help me understand exactly what has happend and how they were created. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

I think I have figured it out... It seems to be related to Swift marketing which I have set up recently...?
