Please help lost cool animation

I created a really good flash presentation on Flash CS4. I optimised the animation by going to File/publish setting/ then flash tab I reduced the flash player to 8 and I think to Action Script 2. I opened the flash today and found lot of my flash animation has been lost.

Please help how do I get it back as it took me ages to do the animation?
