I have been task with cleaning up our reports, several of the reports in the system are not used anymore. My question is were do I need to look to remove the historical reports?

You can't delete the standard Historical Reports.
If you login as webadmin you can delete User created Historical Reports.
Or login as a user with Access and Partition Management: Access Classes, Access Class Properties , Historical Reporting = Report creation.
If you right click on a User created Report you can choose 'delete' and remove that report.
