We have an  NEC IPS 2000 and CallCenterWorx 2.0 and MIS 2.11. The problem I have is that although current ACD phones are working fine, I recently added 3 new ones and can't get the logon/logoff, break, and work buttons to function.  I am sure I am using the correct OAI funtions, but feel that there may be one step somewhere that I am missing.  Does anybody have a list of commands that need to be used when setting up an ACD phone?  I have used the following for these phones:
cmd 10
cmd 1201
cmd 1202
cmd 1204
cmd 1207
cmd 1212 &1213
cmd 1223
cmd 1303
cmd 1305
cmd 90
cmd 93

I would appreciate if someone could tell me if I may have missed a command.

CMD
11>LEN>extension,you need to build a virtual extension as the ACD line.
171>extension>2, set the virtual extension as ACD.
In the CCWX, ACDLOG = set a log in code with split data.
In the CCWX, ACDPOS = set PBX line and VE line as ACD. Look at an existing one (list out pos data). After this, the phone should ping and have ready in the LCD.

Thanks so much for your help it is now working! Although the virtual extensions already existed and they were set as ACD I went ahead and deleted all of the settings for those extensions and put them back in.  I then restarted the CallCenterWorx service and the phones started working!  WooHoo!
