Adtran 3305's point-to-point dedicated T1 to remote site

Adtran 3305's point-to-point dedicated T1 to remote site

(OP)
My company recently acquired a nearby building and had a dedicated T1 setup. I have the responsible of setting up the connection via two Adtran 3305's. I have some experience with Cisco routing but never with point-point. We want the remote site to get their IP's from within our main DHCP IP pool. Also, the remote site will have their Internet connection through our main building's gateway. These are our current run config's that I have tried to setup. The problem is that the remote site cannot see our DHCP server at the main building nor can they get to the internet. Any ideas would help. Thanks in advance for positive and constructive assistance.
