Exporting Starfish Calendars

I am still happily running a 1998 version of the REX/Starfish software under XP. However, I realize that eventually I'll need to move the address book and calendar to another program. It looks like there are methods for the former, but I'm not finding a satisfactory method for the latter. The program skconv.exe might be a possibility, but I can't find a copy. I assume by this time it's generally available with no restrictions.

Does anyone have a copy that runs under XP they could point me to?
