What do you want callers to hear?

only the personal greetings.

the problem is that, after the recorded personal greeting still this default announcement/greeting is being played.

we want to disable or better delete that default greeting.

'At the tone, please leave your message'... is not a personal greeting but a system prompt.  No way to remove it at this time on any MM version.

just have them press # and it will go right to the record tone. If they put that in the greeting most people will hit #

Ken
is it the same for the greeting that is played when someone uses the find me feature? Currently if find me is used the caller will hear ....."We are trying to locate "Mailbox Name", if you want to leave a message for this person press star, please speak your name at the tone so I may tell them who is calling"

We were looking to customize this greeting if possible.

Thanks

This also is part of the design on the Find Me feature.  You might want to contact Avaya directly for a feature enhancement.
