In April, cash receipts worked fine. Now that we are catching up on May, we are unable to post or to save cash receipts; clicking either button has no effect and no pop-ups open. The problem exists on all workstations, but only in our live company; our test company does not have the problem (our Test company has not been restored from our live company in quite awhile). Between April and May we have added new GP user licenses; we purchased the HR Module, but haven't implemented it; we are running GP10, but are upgrading to GP2010 next week. I ran check links on CM items; ran SQL scripts to clear stuck users/processes (SY00800, SY00801, Activity, dex_lock, dex_session) - only Activity needed items cleared, but that didn't fix the issue.
