noob question - how to remove dotted lines around selected objectHelpful Member!

I've got an document with several versions of a logo. When I click on each logo there is a large dotted box that appears and I'm not sure what it is or how to get rid of it.

Take a look at the attachment and let me know what you think it is...

ps - I blacked out the logo so it's just black boxes, but the dotted line can still be seen.

...the dotted lines are purely visual and indicate the print areas which is set in the page setup of the "file > print" dialog...

...the size of this dotted area relates to the page size and print tiling set in the print dialog...

...choose "view > hide print tiling" will get rid of them on screen...

Excellent - thanks for the answer!

It's such a simple thing, but when you don't know is causing the "issue" it can be frustrating - thanks again for the help!
