HP Officejet 7500A E910 with error code 83C00009

My all-in-one has been working with no problem until yesterday.  I unplugged it to move it over and when I plugged it back in, the display on the machine is blue with white writing showing 83C00009.  The keyboard is not lit up for use and nothing seems to work.  I restarted it again (numerous times), the modem, the computers, everything has been restarted but the machine just shows that one error code.

What does 83C00009 mean? And how do I fix this?

Please help!!!!

Cross posted with more details here.

@solarwoman If you are going to cross-post your question please reference the other forum.

Hope this helps.

I am sorry but I don't see where you answered this in the other forum. There was only one reply from a PrintDoc but it wasn't relevant to my machine. Am I missing your reply there?

I am sorry if I wasn't supposed to use both forums.  I was hoping to get help from one of them.  In case, someone only uses one and not the other....

I didn't answer this in the other forum.  I was simply pointing out to other readers of THIS forum that you had more details in the other forum.

You can use both forums but posting etiquette is that you cross-reference your posts so that if questions asking for more clarification, or suggestions, are posted in one forum, or if the question is answered in one forum then the users in the other forum aren't wasting their time with the same suggestions or solution.

Also, if you're posting in both forums it would be nice if you provided EXACTLY the same details in both posts.  You HP post has more (potentially helpful) details than your post here.

Hope this helps.

I misunderstood.  Thank you for the clarification.  I really, really, REALLY hope someone can help with this! I am getting very far behind in my work!

just checked at www.support.hp.com with your model and error code, but no match found.  suggest you contact their Support center by phone, emaila, aor chat. and see what your options might be.

I think it is a firmware problem, which would have become effective only after a power recycle. Contact HP.
