NBX3000 Dialplan issue

NBX3000 Dialplan issue

(OP)
New to NBX,

I have an NBX3000 that was moved to another site for one of my customers i am a nortel cisco guy so any help on this would be great. we went from 2 pri to 1, modified the dial plan so i can dial out no problem but on incomming DID calls it goes right to auto attendant instead of ringing the phone.the did range is from 9600 to 9699 and the dial plan should be stripping the 9 and adding a 1 because the extensions begin with 1 and i am getting 4 digits from telco.

any help on this would be great.

thanks

RE: NBX3000 Dialplan issue

Hi dan,

Check if incoming pretranslators are tied to the remaining PRI lines. Also there´s a "Test" function at the Dial Plan page so you can test and troubleshoot the pretranslators.

Hope it helps.
