2003 Info Store does not mount with Event 5000 & 1121

PLEASE HELP. During a migration to 2010 the 2003 server was rebooted and now the IS does not mount.

Exchange 2010 is up and running and is providing services OWA, client access, etc. We have moved 30% or the users over to the new box. The email and recipient policies have been updated to 2010.

After rebooting the 2003 server, it doesn't mount the store and now only the people we've moved over to 2010 can access their mailbox.

To top it off, it's my wife's birthday and she is MAD that I have to work.
