We have a problem on one of our work stations that we use to generate mail merges from Act!.  We are using Word 2003 A one page letter for 60 contacts takes a VERY long time to complete.  On my work station is just takes a few seconds.  What we can we check on the slow work station to get it up to speed?

What version of ACT! (full build from help | about)?
Some operating system on both (which)?
Windows and Office updates applied on both?
Same RAM and hard drive speed?
Same anti virus?

Have you looked at the task manager to see what's running?
