Call Me feature won't go to Cell phone in MM

The call me feature will not go to a cell phone that I programmed in Modular Messaging 5.2.  I have tried it with the 9, without the 9, it comes up user not found or unknown error.  I do not know what else to check.  Any ideas?

what type of integration? are you using SES or Session Manager? If so, ensure that the dial plans in these are configured to allow these numbers to be dialed.

have you been able to verify that call me can reach internal numbers.

Are you able to verify trunk to trunk transfers are enabled in CM?

This is using SES.  Avaya is the integration.  Trunk to trunk transfers are enabled in CM.  How does it have to be configured to allow them to dial?

Try sending the call to an internal extension first.  Then you'll know if the feature even works.

Does this work on any other number?

I've got this same issue and setup.  Call me does work to internal extensions, just not to anything external.  Running 5.2.1 via SES integration..

Any ideas?

Thanks:
Joe

if it works to an inside ext number but not to any outside then it must be a SES or PBX issue and on the MM side.

Thanks.  I think it is SES for sure,  the CM side did have a bad COR on the trunk group restricting outound dialing that I updated and the issue persists.  I'll check the SES and follow up.

thanks:

This ended up being a dial pattern issue in the system manager that was causing the sytem to only send 4 of the digits.  I added in a dial pattern in the system manager that stats to include all digits for anything that starts with a 9 and the issue was resolved.
