ive been asked to address the following question for my new job as part of a project and have found the basics but am new to erp etc question is as follows

 - SAP is the global market leader providing ERP solutions to large enterprises but much of that market is saturated. what has its response been to competition for companies such as oracle sage and microsoft dynamics etc and what technologies may become important to serve companies in the small to midsize end of the business market for erp systems and why? include an ERP vendor analysis!!

Any advise would be much appreciated

thanks
