my web.config dissapeared. how to get it back.

Its is still on the filesystem under the website folder but is not visible in Visual studios 2008 solution explorer.
anyone know how to get it back to the solution explorer?

it sounds like the reference to the web.config was removed from the project file.
right click the project in the project explorer tool bar. click Add Existing Item. navigate to web.config. click add/ok
you could also edit the project file manually (it's just xml), but the GUI is easier.
