Hi to all. An incoming call is arriving in the Main VDN of a HelpDesk. The caller is given the choices of three VDNs. After the selection of the choice he is routed accordingly to another VDN wich contains queue to skill commands. If both the given skills are not reachable the call is routed to another VDN which contains a route to command aiming to a hunt group that contains the attendant. The attendant is intended to send the call back to the appropriate VDN, but the problem is that the name of the VDN is not presented to her. When, on the last mentioned route command, i change the number of the hunt group and apply the number used on the dialplan for the attendant instead of the hunt group, the attendant is able to display the VDN name and number. But i cannot use that, because there is a night service that i am using on the hunt group, in order for the attendant to send the calls to a specific station when needed.
