We are trying to apply the real-time advisor to present a range of questions (a.k.a. the intake) to the client.
The client answers the questions and the answers are to be stored in the profile of the client.
On a following meeting with the client, the intake is performed again, and in the ideal situation the data from the profile fields is prefilled into the questions, which leaves the client to verify and at best update his own data.
A save action enters the answered in the profile fields again. This basic process is to be constructed.

However, the profile fields are at the client level (person to name the entity) while real-time advisor stores Q&A on the session level.

Sounds like one hell of a customisation to me, and (at least for today) I am kind of stuck.

Has anybody heard of such attempt before?
Anybody in the ERP community that has heard/worked on something similar?

If anybody can share experiences with either real-time advisor and/or the application of profile fields, much appreciated!!

Environment:
PSFT CRM 8.9
PT 8.48

Regards,
Jan
