Needing an upgrade procedure for a 3COM VCX 9.0 upgrade. Currently running 7.1.16c but customer is wanting to upgrade and wanting to give them a timeline and a process to do so. Any info would be great, cant find anything on esupport on the 3com site. Unless I am just missing it.
