problem with arcserve 11.5

hi,

in first, sorry for my english, i'm french.

So, we have an ARCserve 11.5 SP3 to make our backup on Windows 2003 server, an a Dell Powervault 124T.

My problem is, the Powervault is view as Disconnect, and the tapes as "Unmount" .
And i don't found how to Connect ...
I've try to stop/start all bases, no success.

if you can help me 'cause i'don't really know Arcserve solution
