I have a long essay with these kind a characters, is there an easy way to convert all the characters to these unicodes?

I searched over the net I could not find any website.

Yes, really easy.
What kind of files are these? Text? XMLs? Java Properties?

I usually use Rainbow for such kind of conversions. It is a really useful tool containing XML verification and validation utility, dozens of useful functions, and: encoding conversions.
All you do is drag/drop your files onto the input list, set input encoding in the options tab, output encoding to "US ASCII", and then click "utilities=>encoding conversion" in the menu.
Set "Java style escape sequence (\uxxxx)" for not ascii supported characters.
