Hipath 3000 V7 forwarding A party number

Hi All,

"Is it possible for the number displayed on an externally diverted call to be the CLI of the original calling party and not the number of the diverting line when the ISDN PRA carrier requires the 'calling num' information element to contain this number in order to display it?
The original calling number is presently contained in the 'user user' information element."

Example:

Original calling number – 027 3138049
Called number – 03 3748229
Forwarding externally to – 021 669757

We are currently seeing a diverted call displayed on the mobile with 03 3748229 as CLI. (DDI of forwarded extn)

We want to see 0273138049 as CLI. (Original caller)

Call trace file,

Have you ticked the option under the Display tab called;

"outreach call number transparent"
