Afternoon folks. I have PRI on my 3Com switch (rel 4.3.17)currently routing all calls into my Auto Attendant. A mandate has been made to eliminate the Auto Attendant and send all the calls directly into our office for a live answer. How do I by pass the AA and send the calls to an existing hunt group for answering?
Also, I don't want to delete all the AA Greetings just incase they change their minds in a year.
