ipldk-20 behind NAT

Hello

I'm having trouble setting up my ipldk-20 behind my netgear Prosafe FVS338 firewall. The setup is softphone(public ip elsewere)--firewall (public ip)---ipldk(private ip)

I've directed all traffic heading for the firewall at the public ip towards the private ip of the ipldk. but it doesn't work. Checking the traffic shows that the softphone and ipldk exchange som udp packets on port 5588 just fine. But not any RTP packets or anything else.

I've set the firewall ip adress (PGM340) to the public ip of the firewall.

Is this setup even possible?
