can not edit quotes

Please need help, I have peachtree premium accounting for distribution 2008, I have give full access, in user rights to all users, but still can not edit quotes, I DO NOT WHATS BLOCKING THIS FEATURE

What happens when you click on "Lists" from the Quotes task screen?

Is the quote you're trying to edit already converted to an invoice or sales order?

What version of windows are you running on?

What is the build number for your Peachtree 2008 product? (You can find the build # under the Help Menu, then select About Peachtree Accounting.)
