Hi guys,

I'm trying to connect external apllication to my Hipath Open Office ( Openscape Office MX - right now ) use'ing CSTA protocol, and it wont work...
I have done it with hipath 3000 with any problems ( user: AMHOST, pass:77777 port 7001 ) but here with Open Office these parameters are bad. I have change  port to 7003  and try to use csp port 8800 but still without effect...
I will be very gratefull for any tips.

Try 4325 or 1040

We use 4325 to connect to openscape contact center and 1040 to connect to the openscape voice server.

May not work but it's something to try.

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.

Hi Sygi,

Have you seen this page? There is a zip with several doc's on csta for the MX.
