Thanks!

RE: log into voicemail remotely

Point a spare DDI/DID or line if analogue to the destination "voicemail" in Incoming call route, users will need VM passwords/codes smile

Yes. Just entering new territory. Let me clairify my question. I have a analog line thats used as a personal line, not used by Auto Attendant. I set it to ring user 205, and it works fine after 4 rings I get the mailbox 205 recording. Everthing works as it should. The problem is if user 205 wants to check his VM from outside the office and dial his private line, when voicemail answers is there a  way to access mailbox?

RE: log into voicemail remotely

Try *7 when the greeting is playing smile

thanks but *7 dosnt work. Do I have to enable this to work?

RE: log into voicemail remotely

The only transfer options available with embedded messaging are *0, *2, and *3.  Have you tried designating a remote access entry point for one of them? I'm sorry I don't have a system to test this with at the moment. Embedded can be challenging (to put it mildly), but it is fairly inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

RE: log into voicemail remotely

Then I guess you are in IP Office mode, program the users Reception Breakout/0 in Manager to be *17 smile

Then you dial 0 to get mail during the greeting, didn't notice this was embedded sorry, so this may not work smile

You can add more than licenced but you can only log the licenced amount in, at least that's the theory, have you all 3 logged in? smile
