We have a Cisco UCCE call center which is strictly outbound. We have outbound campaigns where we call on behalf of a customer (financial firm) where we outpulse an 800 number to a customer to call back. We would like to have the ability to send a CNAM as well, or change a CNAM. We recently put in an order with one of our carriers and they stated that there is no guarantee on the names. Is there a service out there who can do this?
