Anybody out there have a lead on where I can find a Music-On-Hold interface device for a Hosted PBX system? We use a Broadworks system, and the way to get external music-on-hold into the system is to create an analog station port, and then hook an 'interface device' to the station which will answer a ringing call and play a music source until the Hosted PBX system releases the call. The maonufacturers Forum suggests using a NeoGadgets MC-9700, but NeoGadgets seems to be out of business or something because it rejects orders I place and doesn't have a phone number to call, etc. (Link to see the device: http://www.neogadgets.com/cart/cart.php?target=product&product_id=17 )
If anyone knows of a similar device, I'd appreciate feedback- I can't find anything on the WWW and I've searched for days...
