Hi, we have a sonicwall Nsa 3500 firewall. We use this firewall at a hospital. We're using an Oracle based software in our hospital as an Electronic Medical Record Programme.
After set up sonicwall 3500 firewall, our application give us Oracle 3151 error when we log in application and wait 10-15 minutes without using.

I've search a lot of documents (manuals, internet pages etc)
but i couldn't find anything.

Do you have any opinions?

Note: I'm sorry for my English.

Barisacil we need a little bit more info.  Where does your EMR app reside?  I assume you are going through the firewall to get to the app?  Check out the Sonicwall logs, perhaps your UTM settings blocking something.

First of all thanks for your reply, joepc. After i wrote this problem here, i've found the solution.

For sonicwall In Firewall menu i opened the rule of oracle connection. In advanced Settings I saw TCP connection Inactivity timeout (minutes) = 15.
I set up this period 60 minutes. (max 999 minutes)
