Hi Everyone,

Brand new to the forum, just starting to get my hands dirty with the 3300, teleworker, etc.

We have deployed one 5020 IP phone as a teleworker set so far. While it seems to work fine most of the time, it did cut out 3 times during an Executive Team teleconference (I can do without that, I can assure you...)and in checking the logs I see it's "in and out" a fair bit:

Teleworker  set connection  lost  indeterminate Fri Jan 29 14:11:15 2010 Acceptor: Preshared, Mac: 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip: 207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1, Reason: read failed - Connection reset.(104)
Teleworker  DN event  08:00:0F:10:1F:A6  indeterminate Fri Jan 29 14:06:44 2010 Acceptor: Preshared, Mac: 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip: 207.102.70.183:6900, Icp: 10.0.0.1, Active DN: 3002, Inactive DN:
Teleworker  set registration  accepted  indeterminate Fri Jan 29 14:06:44 2010 Acceptor: Preshared, Mac: 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip: 207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1, Type: 172, Protocol Version: 0x010205, Cipher Algs:0x10 ExtendedDevCaps: 0xEE
Teleworker  set connection  established  indeterminate Fri Jan 29 14:06:44 2010 Acceptor: Preshared, Mac: 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip: 207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1

Nothing else is using the connection inbound to our location but I'm suspicious of the internet connection at the remote office. Before I launch off in that direction, does anyone see anything in these log entries that might suggest some other issue?

Thanks!

Don

On the TW server there is a tool called teleworker analysis tool. run it to the IP of the location you intend to install a set. I have a tw in my house and have had for some time, ADSL i would say forget it the upload download is insufficient, i have a cable modem with extreme high speed and no issues.
