I have a new customer with a 406v2 with 3.2 software i want to upgrade them to 5.0. When I enter the default password it gives me an error like I am using the wrong password. Can this upgrade password be changed? and is there a back door password if I can't get this from the old vendor?
I have never changed this password in any system. And I didn't know it could be changed. the Manager password is still default, so I figured this would be too.
