IP 500 RLs 5 With 2490 Conference Phone Trouble

Guys ,

I just recently installed a IP 500 Rls 5.0 System. I have installed 2 Polycom 2490 but problems.

I can receive calls on these conference phones but they are not breaking the dial tone.

Is this an known issue with 5.0?

The 2490 does not work on the ipoffice so you are lucky they can receive calls

You only can use the analog version or the sip versions

The Polycom ip6000 &ip7000 do work on the ipoffice and are even documented by Avaya
