Approach cannnot find Smarticons

Hello

Approach has been installed on a PC with administrator session and opens OK in this session
but il doesn't launch on user session, with message "cannot find Smarticons, please reinstall"
no problem with Wordpro, no problem with 123 (both have Smarticons)
Win 97 pro, smartsuite millenium 9.6
