Hi,

Recently bought a Polycom Soundstation2 Analog conference unit. I hooked to the one of our analog extension number. Device working fine but we can not make teleconference. When I press on conference button its hangs up. If you can guide me that would be much appreciated.

Connect another analoge phone and check if you can make transfer with flash button.
If not, check flash timers...

I can not transfer calls as well. Could you give me some informations about flash timers please?

PGM 180:
System Timers:
SLT Maximun flash timer:SET to 100
SLT Minimun flash timer: SET TO 10

Check this values, or play with them

SLT Maximun Hook Flash Timer: SET TO 100
SLT Minimun Hook Flash timer: SET TO 10

or check Polycom´s flash time and match it with SLT Maximun Hook Flash Timer

SLT Maximun Hook Flash Timer: SET TO 100  (But range is 1-25)
SLT Minimun Hook Flash timer: SET TO 10   (Range is 0-250)


I assume I will swap these settings right?

This information is about ipldk 60
SLT Maximun Hook Flash timer: 0-250(*10 msec)
ie, 100= 1000 msec= 1 sec

if your range is 1-25, check it set to 10

Check your programing manual for that information
