Log into the Sybase DB or the actual Windows admin account?

No, its the symposium express 4.02 client.
I know the Windows administrator account and apps sysadmin account but not the custadmin.
Customer use that account to generate report and some its lockout and no one know the password anymore.

pronei, are you saying I need to login to SybaseDB to reset custadmin account?

They reset the custadmin account from it's default?  Or did they just forget the (default) password?

I haven't looked in the documentation, but Nortel pulled a lot of the password information out of it early on for security reasons.  Worst case: ask your distributor or Nortel directly.

When they login with custadmin account/password it says your account has expired please change your password. so, they change it, two days later they forgot the password and now can't login.

sysadmin and other user accounts are fine..

You should be able to reset the password from your sysadmin user account.

I haven't touched an Express in a long time so I will not go into detail (probably get it wrong).  Hopefully someone with an Express can try this out and give you the correct process.

The problem is, I can not find the custadmin account anywhere in the client property. Should be under Advance and user tab but NO..nowhere to be found under any of those sections.
