EC500 - Change Off-PBX Telephone Station only allows 9 digits

jsweet (TechnicalUser) (OP)

When I go to change off-PBX telephone station mapping (EXT) I can only enter 9 digits for the telephone number even though the help says I can enter 15.  I can't enter anything for the prefix.

CM 3.1

Any ideas?

Thanks

Under "Application" are you using EC500??

I am not sure what else to check for you. I set mine up using this this document

EC500 extension to cellular guide
Release 4
Installation and Administration Guide

and doing a search here for EC500. I am on 3.1.4 and it does allow me too.

Sorry i couldn't help you figure out what the problem is.
