I had a tape stuck in my libary (Dell TL4000) i have taken the cover off and managed to remove the tape, but back up exec is still showing as the tape in use in the drive and has now paused the device any idea how to remove the tape from the software and un pause the device as the software says it is not paused

Right click on server name in devices or the device in BE and uncheck pause
