I have a Comcast Business high Speed connection. Comcast's SMC modem/router is connected to my firewall. My firewall only uses the Comcast connections from my LAN to the outside for port 80 and 443 (HTTP, HTTPS).
Suddenly, people are having trouble surfing the web. About 1/4 the time, a page takes very long to load or won't load at all. Sometimes, one or two things don't finish downloading. I can see the title of the web page appear, but content doesn't come and the screen is blank.
Speed tests are normal.
Pages load normally when I direct my traffic to another internet connection, so I don't think it's a problem with my firewall.

Any suggestions? I'm writing this while on hold with Comcast.
