Hail, I'm web developer and want to browse my localhost with my mobile phone.
My mobile phone is Sony Erricson w810i, and can connecto to my pc with USB cable.
I want to load the designingpage in my localhost in my phone.
In my pc I type in browser http://localhost/ and see the my web server processed data.
For example if my phone connected to my pc with TCP/IP and have a IP. I type in my mobile http://125.32.201.12/ (symbolic IP) and want to see the web server on my pc.

One of us is confused by what localhost is.

My understanding is that it is always the ;oopback interface of the device you are on, in this case the phone.  You sound as if you want it to be some other device.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Connect to pc via tcp/ip, then
http://x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x is the ip address of the pc
