Over at RingCentral, we're offering a VoIP service to our clients. Obviously, most are not as tech-savvy as the readers of this forum, so we need to explain it in ways that are clear but also accurate.
We would greatly appreciate any sort of feedback you could offer. Are we making sense? Are we talking about the issues end users are interested in? Are these the sorts of things you'd want your clients/boss/colleagues to know about this kind of service?
