Reset password on Lantech manageble switch?

Reset password on Lantech manageble switch?

(OP)
Hi!

I'm new here so I dont know in what category to put this in (I know it's an Intel chipset in the switch, therefore I posted here).

I have a Lantech GFA2402M manageble 100mb/s network switch. The problem is that I've forgot the user name and password to the console management and web management is disabled. So I can't access it at all.

I contacted the manufacturer but they don't want to give out any backdoor information directly to me. They want to contact the reseller from where they are brought so they can help me. But the second thing is that I brought them in second hand from a company who where exchanging all their hardware to fiber. So I dont have any reseller for them to contact.

Do anyone know how to reset it? There is no reset buttons (the only button on the switch is for the "power on".
I have also opened it up but there is no jumpers or anything hopeful on the motherboard either.

Sincerely Thobias, Sweden.
