Anyone using (and having success with) Aspect UIP?  I have one and have found a steep learning curve with the product even after working with Aspect Call Center for 5+ years.  UIP is impressive in many respects but there doesn't seem to be a great deal of online resources regarding it except for the Aspect site.  Anyone have any good UIP resources or pearls of wisdom to share?

I have heard a major learning curve.  Can do a lot of stuff, but to do everything takes some time.

We've been using UIP 6.5.1 (on CM02 currently) for about a year.  We're getting ready to make the leap to 6.6.  It's very feature rich and, as a result, sometimes complex.  I come from the hosted IVR world and am normally on the other end of the contact center.  Even so, the learning process is manageable.  Anxious to hear what your experiences are.

I am looking for spare parts for Aspect's EPRO or Unified IP system.  If you have any or know where I may be able to find some please let me know.  Thanks.

So far not impressed with UIP, Aspect dont seem to know the product that well, and constantly tweaking and code modding to get the thing to be reliable...which it aint.  Good product in principal, perhaps not quite ready yet

we are using it as a 30 seat dialler
