creating background threads in Visual c++ and MFC

I would like to start a background thread in c++ and MFC. Some examples would be great or website to get examples.

This isn't an MFC example. Start here for the manual

There are probably a lot of sites which list MFC examples but I tend to code in native so those are the only ones I use.
