Customer is getting ready to replace existing VMPro server with newer rackmount server. Is there a directory where all messages and greetings are stored to backup and restore for the move?

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM

you need the Accounts, Greetings, Names and WAV folders
even though in the WAVS folder you only really need the lose greetings not the EN or ENU folders as these are the system greetings that get restored when you install the aplication in the new Server.
You also need to export the call flows and if you want to be save then there is a batch file to export the registry settings on the VM disk.
