All SAS Drives on ServeRAID controller show online but warning

All SAS Drives on ServeRAID controller show online but warning

(OP)
Just came back from the thanksgiving weekend, and one of my servers has been trying to reboot for some time.  I have a RAID 5 array with 3 ~500GB SAS Drives.  I boot into ServeRAID manager, and all 3 drives show Online, but have a warning (Like a PFA).  I had the same thing happen with a different server a few weeks ago, and I formatted & started from scratch, and I'm having no problems with that machine (knocks on wood).  I used the same drives, etc.  Amber lights on the drives don't come on.

I've even verified the drives, and they verify OK.

Am I missing something?

RE: All SAS Drives on ServeRAID controller show online but warning

Can you tell the drives to resynch?
