Can anyone help me with error code 09,037.45 on a Xerox Phaser 8550?

9,035.4x through 9, 038: Fault codes associated when ink count flags are stuck
after melting 2.5 ink sticks. The following codes are recorded: 9,03x.41, where x= 5
for cyan, 6 for magenta, 7 for yellow, and 8 for black.
Remove any blockage and/or replace the ink stick.Run
clearISCfault test to clear the error.

Also, the display on the control panel is back to front. . .as if you are looking at the diplay through a mirror. . . . .

Any ideas with this one?

You need to go into diags:
1. Turn the printer power On.
2. Wait for the Xerox logo to begin moving across the display.
3. Before the logo is centered on the display (stops moving), press and hold
the Back and Help buttons on the Control Panel.
4. Hold both buttons until the display reads Beginning Service Mode
Initialization. Release the buttons and the printer reboots into service
mode with the Service Diagnostics menu displayed.

Go to Function menu: then to clear ISC fault.

You also need a new control panel for the other error.

Are you using Xerox ink? Has this printer been moved before cooling down enough? Ink may have spilled into the air channels and a clog will occur like this. Run solid fills for about 20 pages. The code shows it is the yellow, so run more of that color. Light stripes and PQ pages ok?
Has panel been rremoved? Check cables.
